Level Controller NB 220 QSA.
This level controller in a wall mounted housing features state-of-theart safety circuits. An internal control circuit (scanner) provides continuous monitoring of the sensor's function, short circuit or defective cable. Alarm indication, audible signal, test button, re-set button for the alarm buzzer, a voltage-free relay contact for the external alarm lamp as well as an additional resettable relay contact for the external alarm horn are integrated in the unit. Approved with type 76 A, 76 C, 76 G, 76 M, 76 N level sensors for the following inflammable and noninflammable, water polluting liquids. Technical Approval of the German Institute for Building Technology: Z-65.11-193.

This level controller is similar to NB 220 QSA but with supply voltage AC 24 V.
NB 220 QSA-DC 24 V
This level controller is similar to NB 220 QSA but with supply voltage DC 24 V.
Slave unit Type 907 Z, Version 230 V
Can be connected to NB 220 QS (refer to page 64) and NB 220 QSA as an additional level controller to enable connection to a road tanker fitted with an overfill prevention system. In the case of NB 220 QSA, connection L is connected to the relay.
Level controller NB 220 H.
When used with series 76 A and 76 W sensors, the level controller is type approved as part of an overfill alarm system for stationary tanks containing inflammable liquids of danger class A III, e.g. gear and engine oils as well as non-inflammable water polluting liquids. Refer to page 63 for list of liquids (list of materials). When the level sensor comes in contact with the liquid, the integrated relay is de-energised, the voltage-free changeover contact switches to alarm position. Level controller NB 220 QS.
The NB 220 QS level controller is similar to NB 220 H but with integrated alarm lamp, alarm horn and button for muting the alarm horn. With connection terminals at which AC 230 V are available for an external lamp and horn in case of alarm. One terminal (no. 4) has AC 220 V during monitoring for the connection of e.g. a solenoid valve, pump or auxiliary contactor. Approved with level sensors 76 A and 76 W. Level sensor type 76 A.
Approved as part of an overfill alarm system together with level controllers NB 220 H, NB 220 QS and NB 220 QSA. Stainless steel probe tube with the PTC thermistor encapsulated in stainless steel at the bottom end. Junction box and screw fitting are made of brass. Connection thread G3/4. Tube length 100 to 3,000 mm in increments of 100 mm. Standard length 500 mm. The unit is suitable for use in the liquids contained in the list of materials on page 63. The overfill alarm system has to be set up to either stop the filling process or to trigger an audible alarm with sufficient volume when the maximum level is reached. The level sensor is safe at liquid temperatures from -25 °C/+50 °C. (Please enquire for higher temperature ranges). Technical Approval of the German Institute for Building Technology: Z-65.11-193. An additional protective sensor sleeve can be supplied if strong gas/air flows are present around the response part of the level sensor.
Level sensor type 76 N
Probe tube and screw fitting made of stainless steel, brass parts at the probe head are specially hard chrome plated, for AdBlue (32.5 % urea solution). Response length 500 mm. Only together with level controller NB 220 QSA (refer to page 63).
